Residing happily in American Fork, Utah, Kerri Hammond grew up in a small town in southeastern Idaho. She loves to explore the earth and sky in her artwork, recognizing with gratitude the constant change that occurs in nature and how the light filters to the land from above.

She is wonderstruck at the consistency of change, one beautiful moment cycling into another, and the continual creation of infinite and unique moments as light is received, reflected and absorbed by the earth to manifest a multitude of changing color and form. Her goal is to capture a few of these moment to share with others.

Kerri is reminded daily by her husband, Ben (see his beautiful sculpture at benhammondfineart.com), and her endlessly creative children of the innate need to learn through discovery and creation and the importance of sharing our discoveries with others.
